In 2023, Sunset Groove made history as the first platform to bring MacG’s Podcast and Chill, one of South Africa’s biggest podcast networks, to Bloemfontein. The event introduced the city to a new form of live entertainment, combining popular culture, conversation and music in an experience that resonated strongly with a young, urban audience. Building on that success, Sunset Groove evolved into a major youth music festival in Bloemfontein, bringing together thousands of young people for an energetic celebration of music, lifestyle and entertainment.
